1. Introduction

By using Drift Society’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before participating in any membership or travel experience.

2. Services Provided

Drift Society, LLC offers curated travel experiences, paid memberships, and community-based group retreats to adults aged 18 and over. Trips are designed around compatibility, connection, and cultural engagement.

3. Membership & Eligibility

  • Drift Society is an invitation and referral-only membership community focused on curated experiential travel.

  • Membership and trip participation are subject to application approval based on compatibility criteria.

  • You must be at least 25 years old to join and participate.

4. User Responsibilities & Safety

By joining Drift Society, you agree to:

  • Be 25 years of age or older

  • Abide by community guidelines and respect fellow travelers, hosts, and staff.

  • Follow all rules issued by Drift Society, lodging partners, transportation providers, and tour operators

  • Maintain open and clear communication with Drift facilitators

  • Drift Society maintains safety standards and performs background checks on participants; however, you acknowledge travel carries inherent risks.

Any behavior deemed harmful or disruptive may result in removal from the trip without refund.

5. Trip Booking & Payment Terms

  • Trip pricing excludes airfare unless otherwise specified.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your spot. Final payment is due 30 days before domestic trips and 90 days before international trips. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund (for first-time members).

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but transferrable for up to 12 months from the original trip date to a new trip booking.

  • Full payment is required by the specified due date prior to travel.

  • No cancellations are permitted by members once payment is submitted.

  • A full refund is available only if you are on your first Drift trip and decide to leave within the first 24 hours.

  • Prices may vary depending on trip duration, destination, and inclusions.

  • We reserve the right to cancel trips due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances, offering full refunds or transfer options.

  • Refunds are otherwise only issued in cases where Drift Society fails to provide the core services outlined in the trip itinerary.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our platforms — including images, copy, branding, and social media posts — is the exclusive property of Drift Society, LLC.

  • Any image shared on social media using #driftsociety or posted in association with Drift branding or platforms may be used in marketing and promotional materials without additional permission.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

Drift Society is not liable for:

  • Any travel disruptions, including flight delays, cancellations, or visa issues or changes caused by third parties such as airlines, hotels, or local providers.

  • Illness or  personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during travel or participation in activities.

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged property

  • Changes in itinerary due to weather, safety concerns, or third-party partner availability

Participants travel at their own risk and are encouraged to purchase their own travel insurance.

8. Termination Conditions

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a trip or revoke membership if:

  • You engage in discriminatory, abusive, or unsafe behavior

  • You violate local laws or community guidelines

  • You breach the Terms of Service, payment terms, or behavior expectations

No refunds will be issued in the case of removal due to policy violations.

9. Privacy

  • We collect and use your personal information per our Privacy Policy to provide and improve our services.

  • By joining Drift Society, you consent to communications related to trips, events, and community activities.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Drift Society reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify members of significant changes.
